Here is an experience of Kenya’s black gold; Kenyan coffee! The tour of Karunguru Estate Coffee Farm will take you through the journey that coffee has to go through before getting to your cup!
The coffee tour includes:
A short welcome with a very short introduction into the process of coffee.
Go outside in our lush gardens for a coffee tasting experience.
Tour around our farm to various sites which are synonymous with the coffee process from the young seedling to the parchment grading process to the drying of the coffee
Welcome to a 3 course buffet style lunch with a drink that you can enjoy at the 1928 ballroom.
250 USD per return trip by Ololo / per vehicle seating up to 7 people. Not including lunch & tour costs.
This third-generation boutique coffee farm is nestled within 500 acres of vibrant coffee trees, offering visitors a deep dive into the coffee-making process. The farm has a rich history, with its origins dating back to 1928 when the first coffee trees were planted by the Glassford family. Today, the farm is run by the Kariithi family, who continue the legacy of producing premium Arabica coffee in the fertile volcanic soils of the region.
