| TERMS & CONDITIONS Bookings are accepted on the condition that guests have their own comprehensive travel insurance cover. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit of the reservation cost. This payment can be made to our bank details, or via our secure payment link here: https://store.pesapal.com/ololosafarilodgefarm TO PLACE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING Please send an email to bookings@olololodge.com Your booking will be held provisionally for 14 days. The expiry date of the booking will be noted on the reservation summary that you are sent. You are required to confirm the booking prior to the expiry date otherwise it will automatically expire. If you require more time to confirm your booking the expiry date may be extended once (on request). PAYMENT Payment terms: the balance is payable in 45 days prior to date of arrival. If the final payment is not received by this point, then Ololo Safari Lodge is entitled to release the rooms. LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS DIRECT Last minute non-resident bookings made direct to the lodge, are to be paid in full one day prior to arrival. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION Cancellation must be made in writing and receipt of the cancellation must be also confirmed in writing by Ololo Safari Lodge. Cancellation notifications must be acknowledged in writing in order to be valid. Terms are as follows: a) Between 120 & 45 days, 25% of the total cost is charged (the initial deposit). b) Between 45 & 30 days, 50% of the value is forfeited. c) Less than 30 days and ‘No Show’, 100% is forfeited. More than 120 days prior to the reservation in particular cases, where there is a genuine and serious reason for cancellation presented to Ololo Safari Lodge, the possibility of postponing the booking dates for up to a year will be the first consideration. In extreme cases, at the discretion of Ololo Safari Lodge, the deposit may be returned net of bank charges. Guests are required to complete a registration card upon check-in. Day Room: 75% of nightly rate (includes an extra game drive, meals and drinks until departure, airport transfers) Late Departure (After 5 PM): $120/adult, $75/child (includes lunch, dinner, drinks and use of lodge). Room checkout remains at 10 am unless a day room is booked. RATES We reserve the right to review published rates in the event of currency exchange rate fluctuations, increases in National Park fees, in costs or taxes that are beyond our control.

| KENYA RESIDENT GAME PACKAGE INCLUDES: Accommodation, full board (three course dinner, full breakfast the next day, and lunch either on the day of arrival or departure), 1 game drive in the NNP per days booked either at 6am in the morning or 4pm on a shared basis, swimming pool, bush sauna, Wifi, Ololo Farm tour, guided walks to Anselm & Kitengela Glass, return transfers to the lodge from the NNP Main Gate. EXCLUDES: NNP Park Fees (24-hour pass), bar drinks, spa and massage treatments. KENYA RESIDENT BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1) Forward bookings are confirmed upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit of the reservation cost – 7 days from receipt of this email. Kindly note that residents will be required to provide proof of residency upon confirmation of reservation at Ololo Safari Lodge and/or upon arrival at the lodge. Guests who fail to provide proof of residency will be required to pay the balance between resident & non-resident rates. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT Check in time is 12:00 midday Check out time is 10:00 am SELF DRIVING THROUGH THE NAIROBI NATIONAL PARK (NNP) TO OLOLO Guests who are self driving to Ololo should ensure that they have the directions sent from the lodge. The Ololo guides/drivers will attempt to help guests in the case of any emergencies when they are able to do so. However, the onus is on the guests to check road conditions and to be prepared with route directions before entering the park. Please note that the NNP ticket office closes strictly at 17:30 and entry tickets cannot be purchased after this closing time. The NNP opens at 06:00 and closes at 18:00.

EXCLUDED: NNP Park Fees (24-hour pass), bar drinks, spa and massage treatments, transfers. Check-In : 1:00 PM Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Single Supplement: 7,000 KSH per adult (applies to adults occupying a room alone) Child Policy: Infants (0 to 3 years) stay free of charge. Children in own room are charged the adult sharing rate Kenyan Residency: Proof of Kenyan residency is required at check-in EXTRAS: Meals: Extra 2-course lunch: 3,500 Ksh Game Drives (not included in Half-Board Package): 9,000 Ksh per adult, 6,000 Ksh per child for 3-4 hours in our specialised safari vehicle with a professional guide, on a shared basis. Massages: 1 hour Swedish Relaxing: 6,500 Ksh 1 hour Deep Tissue: 8,500 Ksh Neck, Shoulder & Upper Back (30 mins): 4,000 Ksh Hot Stone Therapy (60 mins): 9,000 Ksh Transfers (not included in Half-Board Rate): From NNP Main Gate to Ololo – 7,000 Ksh one way / per vehicle.
